The emergency unloading valve (safety valve) is a direct-acting, self-resetting valve. Its release mechanism is a spring-loaded ball and seat structure that automatically protects when the pressure exceeds the set value. The top adjusting bolt can adjust the pressure release from 35 MPa to 140 MPa. It can be installed on high-pressure fluid control pipelines, reciprocating plunger pumps, pressure vessels, and other equipment requiring overpressure protection with a maximum working pressure of 105 MPa or 140 MPa. When the system pressure exceeds the preset value, the valve opens relying on the system's pressure; after the pressure drops, the valve automatically closes, ensuring personnel safety and equipment protection.
