Annular manifolds are suitable for various high-pressure operations in oil fields, including discharge pipelines, fluid transfer lines, well testing lines, cementing slurry lines, and other high-pressure fluid conveying conditions. They consist of swivel joints and straight pipe assemblies, making them easy to stack, transport, and store. They are characterized by flexibility, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and high flow rate. Annular manifolds are mainly available in three types: short radius annular manifolds, long radius annular manifolds, and swivel annular manifolds. Specifications: 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4"; Working pressure: 35 MPa~140 MPa (5000 psi~20000 psi). The standard configuration for swivel joints is the 50-type swivel joint, but 10-type swivel joints are also available.
It has only one non-leaking壬连joint, is lightweight, rotates more flexibly, and is safer to use.
