Applications

Suitable for flexible connection between the top of the drilling riser and the vertically movable faucet in oil drilling and mud conveying systems, and for adjusting installation errors between the drilling pump pipeline and the riser for easy connection and vibration isolation.

Also suitable for high-pressure, large-volume conveying of water-based or oil-based mud pumped from rotary drilling equipment with a minimum aniline point of 66℃, and resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Used in oilfield downhole operations for conveying high-pressure media such as water, oil, and mud.

Structure

Consists of an inner rubber layer or stainless steel armored inner tube, carbon fiber reinforced layer, middle rubber layer, steel wire reinforced layer (steel chain line reinforced layer), and carbon fiber outer rubber layer. Products are available in steel wire reinforced and steel chain line reinforced types.

Connection Type

In addition to API Spec 7K pipelines and tubing threads, connections with nipples and flanges are also available, and can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
