The male fitting has a spherical seat, allowing for an angular adjustment or misalignment of 7 1/2 degrees off-center, with a total misalignment capability of 15 degrees. In addition to the steel-to-steel mating, a nitrile rubber O-ring ensures a leak-proof seal at any misalignment position.
Recommended for high-pressure pipeline connections where alignment is not possible. Suitable for use with air, water, oil, mud, or gas.
